1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

      The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

      The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date

      Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation number)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@holstchealth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements. Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
